  • Raymond build a jet pack powered by water instead of rocket fuel.
  • He replace a normal engine with a water pump.
  • The water jet pack has a generation of 430 pounds of thrust.
  • It can go forward at 35 mph and up to three stories high.
  • This very pack costs 130 grand.
